We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once scanned, you can track your return journey back to our warehouse.
